Eat Pray Love Service

‘Eat Pray Love’ Service – usually the third Sunday evening of each month at 6pm in the Church Hall. These services will start again from February 2019. See church calendar for other dates.

This is our contemporary evening service for everyone which has three parts: ‘Eat’ – reading and discussing a gospel passage while sharing a simple meal together; ‘Pray’ – sung worship followed by a time of stillness; ‘Love’ – hear about how someone is living as a Christian and praying for them.

We will be looking at a passage from Mark’s gospel. Please do join us.

Here are some songs we sing at this service:

My hope is built on nothing less – Cornerstone

With a Prayer (Love Incarnate)

Water you turned into wine

Hosanna (Praise is rising)

Who O Lord could save themselves

My lighthouse

Your grace is enough

Boldly I approach

Into your hands

There is a hope

He came so we could know the Father’s love – The king has come

I see the King of glory

Longing for light (Christ be our light)

What heart could hold the weight of you love (Jesus You Are, Holy)

Worthy is the lamb (Revelation Song)

Father of heavenly lights (Trust you Jesus)

Build your kingdom here

Speak O Lord

When the music fades

The splendour of the King (How great is our God)

Before the throne of God above

Holy Spirit living breath of God

Give thanks to the Lord (Forever)

Bless the Lord O my soul (100 reasons)

Everyone needs compassion (Mighty to save)

A mighty fortress is our God (Our God is a consuming fire)

Hide me now (Still)

Your grace is enough

Kyrie Eleison (As We Come Before You)

Who O Lord can save themselves (You alone can rescue)

Your love shining like the storm (Pour over me)
